Another Day at the CIA

Do you have a passion for food? Would you like to earn money doing what you love? Friend Mimi Fix led seventeen people who answered "YES!" through a day-long workshop at The Culinary Institute of America on Saturday.  

I was honored to act as her Teaching Assistant for the day!

The attendees ranged from folks with food passion-but without a clear vision to the heir of a 500 employee catering company based in the Phillipines!  If you'd like to learn more you can try and attend a future class (class schedule) or if you can't get to a class, consider purchasing her book.
